Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one, collaborative process where clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a supportive and non-judgmental space. It provides an opportunity for self-exploration, healing, and growth while addressing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity concerns.

I integrate a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and compassion-focused approach, drawing from modalities such as:

  • Narrative Therapy – Helping clients reshape their personal stories.

  • Somatic Therapy – Connecting mind and body to process emotions.

  • Existential Therapy – Exploring meaning, purpose, and identity.

  • Gestalt Therapy – Increasing awareness of the present moment and personal responsibility.

  • REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) – Identifying and challenging unhelpful beliefs.

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) – Recognizing and reframing negative thought patterns.

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) – Building emotional regulation and interpersonal skills.
